The Pointe - Westport WA.
25 Unit Condominium Complex overlooking Westport Marina. Worked with Architect and Builder to overcome design challenges from tidal flooding and poor site soils.
Market St. Professional Office - Chehalis WA.
Small multi tenant 10,000 square foot professional office building in downtown Chehalis.
Liberty Plaza - Chehalis WA
A 7 lot commercial plaza development including two motels, bank and restaurant. RBE provided civil design for the overall site as well as the individual lot development and permitting.

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers - Lewis County.
Project Engineers for the new 200 acre site providing onsite private water system design, sewer design and site plan layout, grading and drainage. We are also teamed with MulvannyG2 Architects, Ecological Land Services and other consultants to achieve a Special Use Permit for the project.
Pacific Cataract & Laser Institute - Kennewick, WA.
New 21,000 sf outpatient medical eye surgery center in Kennewick, WA. Completed feasibility study and proceeding with design starting in October of 2011.
